Controlled Production
We operate 10 Karl Mayer wide-width warp knitting machines with a working width of 6.8 meters, establishing a leading wide-width warp knitting production line in East China. From warping to knitting, every process is carried out in a temperature and humidity controlled environment maintained at 28-30°C, ensuring consistent and reliable quality.
We offer fully flexible customization services. Width can be customized from 1 meter to 6.8 meters, weight ranges from 30 to 150 grams per square meter, roll length can reach up to 6,000 meters without splices, and defects are strictly controlled to an average of no more than 2 per roll. With a daily output of 400,000 square meters, we guarantee a 98% on-time delivery rate.
